Q1: What is lifestyle coaching?
Lifestyle coaching is a personalized approach to guide individuals in achieving their personal and professional goals. It involves working with me to identify areas you wish to improve, learn to set achievable goals, and develop strategies to achieve your goals and remove obstacles.

Q2: How does lifestyle coaching work?
During our sessions, we will discuss different aspects to your life, what you wish to achieve and what you believe stands in the way of your achieving them. I will offer guidance to help you gain clarity and take actionable steps towards your goals. Sessions are generally conducted via chat, phone, or via video calls.  I like to use Zoom for my sessions. All sessions are recorded with your permission. I find clients who like to go back and review the sessions.

Q3: What can I expect from a lifestyle coaching session?
You can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can openly discuss your challenges and aspirations. I will help you create a personalized action plan and provide ongoing support and accountability. I do not push my agenda, what worked for me, or idealizations of others. I may offer suggestions for further reading and research.

Q4: How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and needs. Some clients see significant progress in a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing coaching over several months.  My goal is to bring you to a place where you are your own coach and not reliant on others to guide you to your goals.

Q5: Can lifestyle coaching help with stress management?
Yes, lifestyle coaching can help you develop effective stress reduction techniques, improve work-life balance, and enhance overall well-being.

Q1: What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, holistic healing technique that focuses on channeling universal life force energy to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.

Q2: How does Reiki work?
Reiki works by balancing and harmonizing the energy centers in the body, supporting its natural ability to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Q3: What can I expect during a Reiki session?
During a session, you will find a comfortable position. I will walk you through a moment of quieting before we begin.  I do not like to provide a “what to expect” list of possible sensations before a session, it can influence the experience. 

Q4: How should I prepare for a Reiki session?
There’s no specific preparation needed. It’s beneficial to wear comfortable clothing and arrive with an open mind, ready to relax and receive energy. Hydration is always essential before and after each session. We may discuss any reservations or doubts you may have.

Q5: How many Reiki sessions do I need to experience benefits?
The number of sessions varies based on individual needs. Some people experience immediate benefits after one session, while others may benefit from a series of sessions to address specific issues.  I like to include life coaching with each session. As Reiki is not a cure and it works most effectively when we adjust our lifestyle changes.
