The Art of Journal Keeping

A Self-Dialogue

Journaling as inner conversation, not record-keeping.

Most journaling is writing at yourself, logging events, tracking moods, performing reflection on the page. Self-Dialogue journaling is something different. It is a practice of turning toward yourself with genuine curiosity and learning to write from the inside out.

In this workshop, Connie guides you through the five foundations of self-dialogue practice, the skills that make it possible to have an honest, sustained relationship with your own inner world through writing.

The workshop is continuous, weekly posts, book studies, with recorded content, hosted within the Patreon community. You work at your own pace, with the recordings giving you something to return to.

Five skills that build one practice.

01 — Write a Self-Dialogue Journal Entry

02 — Identify and Name Your Emotional States

03 — Have a Somatic Self-Conversation on Paper

04 — Work With a Shadow Aspect of Yourself

05 — Build a Consistent Journaling Practice
