What is Tapping? How can it benefit me?

Tapping is the short for Emotion Freedom Technique. A tapping sequence that alleviates unwanted emotions. The fear of flying, snakes, heights, and other similar problems are relieved through the tapping sequence. I won’t bother with the full details here since there are manuals available from the creator of EFT, Gary Craig. Gary and his daughter Tina have been working at making revisions, the video is not available as yet, but you can get on their mailing list. This is the original source of EFT. There are thousands of others and many schools offering certification. You do not have to have a certification to use or teach EFT.

Currently the 2012 World Tapping Summit is underway. It is FREE. There are no fees or dues to listen in to the calls and take the opportunity to have your questions answered by experts who believe in the power of healing. Speakers include Cheryl Richardson, Dr. Mercola, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Jack Canfield, Bob Proctor, and many, many more.

There are two options to listen and the sessions are recorded for listening to again the next day. Since you can only listen to one at a time, the following day you get to listen to the other speaker. Choose the Red or Green room.

That is it for me today. Keep reviewing your first three steps and I will have the fourth step ready for you tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest. Promise.

Got Questions? Let’s chat. Oh, I use EFT as one of my tools to recovery from the current day’s events. It does work. But like any tool it only works when you use it. Bless you.
