A Spiritual Paradigm is about lifestyle changes.  Yet I had not considered including the lifestyle changes that occur as we age.  There are many changes that occur as we age, our muscles and mind shift and our lifestyles do as well.  We slow down or for many our minds begin to fail us.  Learning how to live with these changes is not easy.  No one can or should do it alone.

What do you need to help you adapt to the changes occurring in your life?  Do some research and get the information you need to assist you in adapting to your lifestyle changes.
