Cholesterol & mood?

I have yet to find definitive information relating to the mood effects of cholesterol. But my thinking is this, if cholesterol interferes with healthy functioning, preparing you for a heart attack, then why would the process not affect your mood?

Fatigue is one link to heart attacks in women. Cholesterol levels that are high are linked to heart attacks. So I have to ask, what does this do to our mood?

Increased pain can cause depression. Inability to function and care for self is depressive.

I decided to try a supplement that is fairly new in regards to the compounds used. In other words the primary ingredients are not new. The use of citrus peels to create Sytrinol, a registered trademark is just one supplement. You can purchase it as Sytrinol or Cholesterol Rescue available through Best Vite.

Sytrinol is the result of what is called polymethoxylated flavones. Methanol is added to the flavones derived from citrus peels, like tangerine and this creates the new ingredient. I do not pretend to understand this chemical process. Only providing the information. The manufacturer of both these products is Source Naturals.

The other ingredient in Cholesterol Rescue is palm tocotrienols, a form of Vitamin E. To read more about this ingredient go to Tocotrienol.org.

To develop a spiritual path you must be in the mood, so to speak. Your health is vital, if you do not hold the belief that you are healthy, but buy into the illness, then your mood will follow.

Try a simple experiment. Frown, notice how your body feels, your mood shifts, your energy shifts. Now, smile, even a slight smile, pay attention to how you feel now, physically and emotionally. Your brain does not know that you are in either mood, it responds to your facial expression a great deal of the time. Such a simple way to shift your mood. SMILE.

Blessings on your journey this day.
